Report Description
Projected Service Outage Report enables to view the outage report for a scheduled outage in the future. You can view the report on the service outage duration and outage percentage for the specified period. You can also view the service outage detail summary using this feature. For information about how to view reports, see Viewing Reports.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the PROJECTED SERVICE OUTAGE REPORT page:
Filters
Click Filters to select the Tenant and other filter criteria based on which the list of reports is displayed.

EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.
