On the ITOM Dashboard page, users can view various reports related to IT Operations Management.
To view ITOM Dashboard:
- Select Reports menu. The following page is displayed.
Figure: Reports page - Click Advanced Reports. The Report List page is displayed.
- Click Dashboards tab at the top of the page, the Dashboard List and Viewer page is displayed.
Figure: Dashboards tab - Under Modules, click IT Operations Management and select the required Dashboard.
Users can filter the IT Operations Reports Dashboard based on the following selection:
- Zone
Select the Zone (For example: Asia, USA, Europe). - Region
Select the Region (For example: India, China, Srilanka for Asia as Zone). Regions are displayed based on the selected Zone. - Location
Select the Location (For example: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad for India as region). Locations are displayed based on the selected Zone and Region.

Device Down | This tile displays the number of devices that are down against the total number of devices. For example, see the below screenshot: Here, out of twenty-six devices, five devices are down. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Open Critical Event | This tile displays the total number of Critical Events that are in Open status. For example, see the below screenshot: Here, twenty-nine critical events are there with the Open status. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Open ITOM Incidents | This tile displays the total number of ITOM Incidents that are in Open status. For example, see the below screenshot: Here, three ITOM Incidents are there with the Open status. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Network In Byte Utilization | This tile displays the number of Network Links that are having In-Byte utilization percentage above 80% and 90% at a specific time interval. It also displays the average number of Network Links that are having 90% In-Byte utilization. For example, see the below screenshot: ParametersThis dashboard report displays the following parameters:
LogicThis color indicates the In-Byte utilization of the Network Links is greater than or equal to 80% and less than 90% (80%-89%). This color indicates the In-Byte utilization of the Network Links is greater than or equal to 90%. This color indicates the average count of Network Links whose In-Byte utilization is greater than or equal to 90%. The average count of Network Links is calculated based on the last three hours In-Byte utilization, and excluding the current hour utilization. For example, to get the average number of Network Links during 14:00 hrs, the average is calculated based on the last three hours In-Byte utilization from 11:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs, and excluding 14:00 hrs. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Network Out Byte Utilization | This tile displays the number of Network Links that are having Out-Byte utilization percentage above 80% and 90% at a specific time interval. It also displays the average number of Network Links that are having 90% Out-Byte utilization. LogicThis color indicates the Out-Byte utilization of the Network Links is greater than or equal to 80% and less than 90% (80%-89%). This color indicates the Out-Byte utilization of the Network Links is greater than or equal to 90%. This color indicates the average count of Network Links whose Out-Byte utilization is greater than or equal to 90%. The average count of Network Links is calculated based on the last three hours Out-Byte utilization, and excluding the current hour utilization. Server CPU Utilization | This tile displays the number of servers that are having the CPU utilization percentage above 80% and 90% at a specific time interval. LogicThis color indicates the CPU utilization of the servers is greater than or equal to 80% and less than 90% (80%-89%). This color indicates the CPU utilization of the servers is greater than or equal to 90%. This color indicates the average count of servers whose CPU utilization is greater than or equal to 90%. The average count of servers is calculated based on the last three hours CPU utilization, and excluding the current hour utilization. For example, to get the average number of servers during 14:00 hrs, the average is calculated based on the last three hours CPU utilization from 11:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs, and excluding 14:00 hrs. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Server Memory Utilization | This tile displays the number of Servers that are having Memory utilization percentage above 80% and 90% at a specific time interval. LogicThis color indicates that the Memory utilization of the Servers is greater than or equal to 80% and less than 90% (80%-89%). This color indicates that the Memory utilization of the Servers is greater than or equal to 90%. This color indicates the average number of Servers whose Memory utilization is greater than or equal to 90%. Average number of Servers is calculated using the last 3 hours Memory utilization excluding the current hour utilization. For example, if you want the average number of Servers during 14:00 hrs whose Memory utilization is greater than or equal to 90%, then the average is calculated using the last 3 hours Memory utilization i.e. from 11:00 hrs to 13:00 hrs excluding 14:00 hrs. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Server Storage Utilization | This tile displays the number of Servers that are having Storage utilization percentage above 80% and 90% at a specific time interval. Server Storage utilization does not change frequently, so an average number of Servers with 90% of Storage utilization of 90% is not required for Server storage. Open Events | This tile displays the list of all Events that are in Open status along with their device name, IP Address, Alert message, date and time of the Event. For example, see the below screenshot: ParametersThis dashboard report displays the following parameters:
LogicHere, open events are displayed in an order based on the Event date and time irrespective of the severity. This dashboard has pagination with ten events displayed per page. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Network In Byte Current Utilization | This tile displays the In-Byte Current Utilization of the Network Links along with Link details such as Utilization percentage, current In-Byte utilization out of total available In-Byte memory. LogicThe Network In-Byte Current Utilization percentage is calculated as follows: Percentage = (Utilized In-Byte memory in MB/Total available memory in MB) * 100 The following colors are used to indicate the percentage range of the utilization:

Network Out Byte Current Utilization | This tile displays the Out-Byte Current Utilization of the Network Links along with Link details such as Utilization percentage, current Out-Byte utilization out of total available Out-Byte memory. LogicThe Network Out Byte Current Utilization percentage is calculated as follows: Percentage = (Utilized Out -Byte memory in MB/Total available memory in MB) * 100 The following colors are used to indicate the percentage range of the utilization:

Server CPU Current Utilization | This tile displays the CPU Current Utilization percentage of the servers along with their Host Names. For example, see the below screenshot: ParametersThis dashboard report displays the following parameters:

Server Memory Current Utilization | This tile displays the Memory Current utilization percentage of the servers along with details such as Host Name, memory utilization percentage, utilized memory in MB, available memory in MB. To know the Host Name and Memory Utilization of a particular server, hover the cursor on the values. For example, see the below screenshot: ParametersThis dashboard report displays the following parameters:
LogicThe Server Memory Current Utilization percentage is calculated as follows: Percentage = (Utilized current memory in MB/Total available memory in MB) * 100 The following colors are used to indicate the percentage range of the utilization:

Server Storage Current Utilization | This tile displays the Storage Current Utilization percentage of the servers along with details such as Host Name, Storage Utilization percentage, utilized memory in MB, available memory in MB. To know the Host Name and Storage Utilization of a particular server, hover the cursor on the values. Server Health | This tile displays the number of events of a Server based on their severity. It also displays location wise total number of Events of a Server. For example, see the below screenshot: ParametersThis dashboard report displays the following parameters:
LogicBased on the severity, location wise events and total number of events are displayed for a server. The order of severity is considered as follows:
For example, let us consider the servers 1,2, and 3 located in Bangalore with events as follows:
Here, based on the severity, events are displayed on the dashboard. In the above example, Server 1 with severity as Critical, Server 2 with severity as Alert, and Server 3 with severity as Information are displayed on the dashboard. The following colors are used to indicate the severity of the event:

Link Health | This tile displays the number of events of a Link based on their severity. It also displays location wise total number of Events of a Link. For example, see the below screenshot: ParametersThis dashboard report displays the following parameters:
