You can map an Approver to an Approver Role for a specific Tenant. The configured Approvers become a part of the Approval Matrices.
To map an Approver to an Approver Role:
Select Asset > Configuration > Others > ApprovalMatrix. The APPROVAL MATRIX page is displayed.
On the ACTIONS panel of the APPROVAL MATRIX page, click APPROVER MAPPING. The APPROVER MAPPING pop-up page is displayed. Fill in the details on the APPROVER MAPPING pop-up page, and then click SUBMIT. For more information about the fields on the APPROVER MAPPING pop-up page, see 115868037.

The following table describes the fields on the APPROVER MAPPING pop-up page:
Field
Description
Tenant
Select the Tenant for which you want to map the Approvers with the Approver Roles.
Approver Role
Select the Approver Role from the drop-down list that you want to map with an Approver. You can either select the System Defined Roles or the User Defined Roles.
System Defined Roles: These Approver Roles are displayed in the Approver Role drop-down list, by default.
User Defined Roles: These Approver Roles are configured on the CONFIGURE APPROVER ROLE pop-up page (See Configuring Approver Role).
Approval Matrix For
Select the Approval Mapping criteria for which you want to map with an Approver. You can select following Approval Matrix criteria:
Maker Checker : If selected, you can map the Approval Matrix for Maker Checker process.
Physical Verification: If selected, you can map the Approval Matrix for Physical Verification of Asset.
Customer
Displays the list of Customers for the Customer Admin (By Customer) and Customer Executive (By Customer) roles that you selected in the Approver Role drop-down list. Select the Customer from the Customer drop-down list. Note: The Customer drop-down box is displayed only if you select Customer Admin (By Customer) or Customer Executive (By Customer) in the Approver Role drop-down list.
Tenant
Displays the list of Tenants for the Tenant Admin (By Tenant) and Tenant Executive (By Tenant) roles that you selected in the Approver Role drop-down list. Select the Tenant from the Tenant drop-down list. Note: The Tenant drop-down box is displayed only if you select Tenant Admin (By Tenant) or Tenant Executive (By Tenant) in the Approver Role drop-down list.
Floor
Displays the list of Floors for the Floor Admin (By Floor) and Floor Executive (By Floor) roles that you selected in the Approver Role drop-down list. Select the Floor from the Floor drop-down list. Note: The Floor drop-down box is displayed only if you select Floor Admin (By Floor) or Floor Executive (By Floor) in the Approver Role drop-down list.
Store
Displays the list of Stores for the Checker (By Store), Store Admin (By Store) and Store Executive (By Store) roles that you selected in the Approver Role drop-down list. Select the Store from the Store drop-down list. Note: The Store drop-down box is displayed only if you select Store Admin (By Store) or Store Admin (By Store) in the Approver Role drop-down list.
Approver Name
Search and select the Approver Name to map it with the Approver Role. For more information about searching the Approver, see Searching Users.
Active
If selected, the Approver Mapping becomes active.
LIST
Include Inactive Records
Select the check box to display the inactive records along with the active records.
Approver Role
Displays the Approver Roles.
Approver Role List
Displays the details of the respective Approver Role. Example: If the Approver Role is selected as By Customer, the Approver Role List displays the Customer Name.
Approver Name
Displays the name of the Approver.
E-mail ID
Displays the E-mail Ids of the respective Approvers.
Emp. ID
Displays the Employee Id of the respective Approvers.
Active
Displays the status of the mapped Approvers.
Yes: The Approver Mapping is active.
No: The Approver Mapping is inactive.
PRINT
Click the icon to print the records displayed on the page.
EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click the icon to export the records displayed on the page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
EXPORT ALL
Click the icon to export all the records to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
