What's New?
Now, the users can specify the name of Cc recipients for Service Requests. These Cc recipients are notified when an SR is raised or updated for the selected Service Catalog.
On the NEW SERVICE REQUEST page (Request > User > New Service Request) and NEW SERVICE REQUEST FOR USER page (Request > User > Manage Service Requests > New Service Request for User), a new field Cc Recipient is added using which the users can select the recipient(s). The configured Cc recipient(s) are notified after the Service Request is logged or updated. This Cc Recipient field is displayed only when the Enable Cc Recipient check box is enabled for the selected Service Catalog. Configuration
On the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION tab of the Service Catalog FORM BUILDER page, a new check box Enable Cc Recipient is added. If this check box is selected, the Cc Recipient field is displayed on the NEW SERVICE REQUEST and NEW SERVICE REQUEST FOR USER pages.
