What's New?
Now, the Administrators can configure the Asset Reconciliation for the selected Tenant. The Administrators can add/update a new Reconciliation Name and configure the following Reconciliation details:
- Send reminders to users after a specified no. of days.
For example: If the administrator configures the reminder for every 2 days, then the user gets a notification mail once in every 2 days. - Select if the Manager approval is required or not.
- Escalate the Reconciliation process to the Manager after a specified no. of days/reminders.
For Example: Escalation email sends to the Manager after specified no. of days/reminders as follows:If an administrator configured the user notification for every 2 days and the escalation after 2 reminders, then the manager gets an escalation email after the second reminder on the 4th day.
If an administrator configured the user notification for every 1 day and the escalation after 1 day, then the manager gets an escalation email after the first reminder or on the 2nd day.
- Schedule Asset Reconciliations one-time or recurring at specified intervals.
The Administrators can configure the Asset Reconciliation on the ASSET RECONCILIATION CONFIGURATION page (Asset > Configuration > Others > Asset Reconciliation Configuration). For more information about configuring Asset Reconciliation, see Configuring Asset Reconciliation.
