Search Problem Pendency report displays the report of PRs based on your search criteria. You can view details such as PR ID, Registration time, Type, Status, Category, Assigned Workgroup, Impact, and so on.Image Removed
Figure: SEARCH report of pending Problem records details. You can view details such as Month, Open Problem Record, Organization name, and so on. It displays the count of opened PRs reopened during a specific time interval.
You can view the list of KRs with the feedback details, such as username, life cycle status, ratings, Category, Classification, and so on.
You can view specific and summarized information of the pending PRs. This report analyses the pending PRs and helps you to identify the key areas of improvement to reduce the pending PRs.

The following table describes the fields on the Problem Pendency Report page:
Field | Description |
x- axis | x-axis displays the specific time period. |
y-axis | y-axis displays the relevant number of pending problem records for the relative to the x-axis. |
Month | Displays the month in the YYYY MM format. |
Open Problem Records | Displays the count of open problem records hyperlink. |
Group (Organization Name) | Displays the organization name to which the problem record belongs to. |
Click on Image Added icon to update the search results of the report based on the filter criteria.
Click on the count hyperlink under the Open Problem Records. The following page is displayed:

On the table, click on the hyperlink under the PR Problem ID hyperlink column to display the vertical view of the PR detailsremaining set of field details of the report which are not visible in the horizontal view of the report. For information about viewing reports, see see Viewing Reports.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the SEARCH page.
Filters
Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel FILTERS
Click FILTERS to specify the filter criteria to display the records in the SEARCH Report.Image Removedreport. A sample screenshot is shown below:

EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
Registered Time: Select the required option from the drop-down list of the fieldRegistered Time. The available options are as follows:
- Current Quarter
- Previous Quarter
- Current Year
- Previous Year
- Current Month
- Previous Month
- Current Week
- Previous Week
- Today
- Yesterday
- In the Future
- In the Past
- Next & Last 30 Days
- Last 30 Days
- Last 7 Days
FIELDS
Click on FIELDS to select the required fields which needs to get displayed in the report. A sample screenshot is shown below:
