View Other Workgroup Work Order (Service Management)

Now, a new check box View Other Workgroup Work Orders is added under the WORKORDER section on the APPLICATION SETTINGS page (Admin > Basic > Infrastructure > Application Setting > Select View Other Workgroup Work Order). If this check box is selected, View All Work Orders check box is enabled on the FILTERS pop-up page of the WORK ORDER LIST page.

Allocating Licenses at Sub Workgroup Level (Platform)

Now, the Application licenses can be allocated at the Sub Workgroup level. Also, the Sub-Workgroup Analysts can use the Licenses when it is allocated at the Workgroup or Sub workgroup level.
