What's New?
The End Users can now view Procurement details related to the Service Requests (Request >My Service Requests > Select the SR ID which is pending for Procurement) they have raised. This helps them to check the status of the Service Request, which requires procurement of products.
Example
The End User raises a Service Request for Adobe Acrobat Pro. On checking the Asset Inventory, it is found that the Software licence is not available and needs to be procured. The IT team places a Purchase Request. The End Users can now themselves check the basic details about procurement, such as Request Type, Request Code, Status and Log Time along with the approval details, such asDEFAULT GROUP, and Configuration Remarks.
