Page Comparison

The Standard Operating Procedures Mapping allows you to map the configured Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to selected Monitoring Parameters. You can take immediate measures for the respective Monitoring Parameters. For example: If a Monitoring Parameter exceeds the Threshold value, the configured SOP mapped for the Monitoring Parameter is displayed to take effective measures immediately. For more information about configuring SOPs, see Configuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

 To map SOPs:

1. Select  Operations > Configuration > General > Standard Operating Procedures Mapping.
2. On the STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE MAPPING page, click ADD NEW.
3. On the STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE MAPPING page, click Filter icon and select the Tenant, Device Type and other required details to configure Standard Operating Procedures mapping. For more information about the fields on the Standard Operating Procedure MAPPING page, see Field Description.
4. Specify the required details and click SUBMIT.

   Field Description

   The following table describes the fields on the STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE MAPPING page:

   Fields	Description
   Monitoring Parameters	Select the Monitoring Parameters to map with the SOP Templates.
   Parameters List	Lists the Monitoring Parameters configured for the Tenant and entity type.
   Selected Parameters	Select the Monitoring Parameters that you want to add for mapping and click the > button. To remove the Monitoring Parameters from the Selected Parameters List, select the Monitoring Parameters and  click the > button.
   SOP Template	Lists the configured SOP templates. Select a SOP template from the list.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE MAPPING page.

SHOW LIST

Click SHOW LIST to display the LIST table showing all the configured SOPs mapped for the selected Tenant and entity type. To modify a SOP mapping, click the configured Entity Name. Make appropriate changes and click SUBMIT.
