Feature released in SummitAI Service Management (#22855, Denali, Problem Management)

What's New?

Earlier, Analysts could only view the Problem Records of the Workgroups to which they had Analyst access. Now, the Analysts can also view the Problem Records of other Workgroups to which they do not have Analyst access.

UI Changes

On the PROBLEM RECORDS LIST page (Problem > User > Problem Record List > Click Filters on the ACTIONS panel), on the Filters pop-up page, select the View All Problem Records check box.

Note:

The Analysts can view Problem Records of other Workgroups as read-only on the PROBLEM RECORDS LIST page.

Configuration

The Administrators should select the Display "View All Problem Records" Check Box on Filters check box on the TENANT page (Admin > Infrastructure > Tenant > Configure Details > Problem Management). For more information, see Viewing List of Problem Records.
