The Asset Dashboard page (Reports > Advanced Reports > Click Dashboards tab > Under Modules, click Asset Management and select the required Dashboard) displays the various asset reports such as Fixed Assets, Non-Fixed Assets, Asset Utilization, Software & Hardware Variance, Asset Software License, Expiry Alerts, Unused & Overused License etc. to visualize, analyse, and monitor the asset related data. You can further drill-down the reports to view details about the specific Assets. The users can use filter option to narrow view the required asset report. To know more about the reports that are displayed on the Asset Dashboard page, see the following description:
- Zone
It contains a list of zones. Select a zone for which you want to view the asset report. Based on the selected Zone, the relevant region and locations are populated in the subsequent Region and Location fields.
For example: Asia, USA, Europe. - Region
Select the Region (For example: India, China, Sri Lanka for Asia as Zone). Regions are displayed based on the selected Zone.It contains a list of regions. Select a region for which you want to view the asset report. Based on the selected region, the relevant location is populated in the subsequent Location field.
For example: India, China, Sri Lanka for Asia as Zone. - Location
It contains a list of locations. Select a location for which you want to view the asset report. Locations are displayed based on the selected Zone and Region.
For example: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad for India as region) Locations are displayed based on the selected Zone and Region. - Category
It lists asset categories. Select the category for which you want to view the report.
For example: Laptop, Desktop, Monitor - Time Of Last Use
Select the time when the last action was performed. This time selection can be in the pattern of Fiscal year, Fiscal quarter, Calendar year, Calendar Quarter, Calendar Months, Calendar week and Day

| Total Utilized Fixed Asset Cost (in USD) | This tile displays the total cost that is incurred upon utilization of different categories of Fixed Assets. | Total Unutilized Fixed Asset Cost (in USD) | This tile displays the total cost of unused licenses. The licenses that are installed in a system but not used are termed as unused licenses. You can further view the cost of individual unused license along with its Asset details in the drill-down page by clicking the number (count) on the tile. The drill-down page provides various information such as Asset ID, Tenant, Category, Customer, User acceptance, Time of last use, Is Allocated, Allocated To, Email Id, Allocation Date, Is Deactivated, Deactivated by, Deactivated Date, Deactivated Reason, Is in Transit, Is in Repaired, Zone, region, Location, and Asset Cost. | Fixed Asset Status by Count | This pie chart displays the number and percentage summary of the assets based on the statuses i.e. Allocated Assets, Assets In store, Assets In transit, Assets In repair, and Inactive Assets.
Each Asset status is denoted with a different color to facilitate the analysis. You can view the further details of the assets in the drill-down page by clicking the respective number on the pie chart. The drill-down page provides asset information such as Asset ID, Tenant, Category, Customer, User acceptance, Time of last use, Is Allocated, Allocated Date, Allocated To, Is Deactivated, Deactivated by, Deactivated Date, Is in Transit, Is in Repair, Zone, region, and Location. You can exclude or include the number and percentage summary of the Assets from the pie chart by clicking the required status. Selected status will be grayed out. | ||||||||||||||
| Top 10 Asset Cost By Category (in USD) | This pie chart displays top 10 Asset Category-wise total cost summary that is incurred upon utilization of any particular category of asset. It also displays the total cost in percentage.

You can view the cost for individual Asset category in the drill-down page by clicking the respective number on the pie chart. The drill-down page provides asset information such as Asset ID, Tenant, Category, Customer, User acceptance, Time of last use, Is Allocated, Allocated Date, Allocated To, Is Deactivated, Deactivated by, Deactivated Date, Is in Transit, Is in Repair, Zone, region, Location, and Asset Cost. | Hardware Variance | This pie chart displays Asset and its count of any particular category that have observed variance in hardware properties.
You can view the detail of asset by clicking the displayed number on the pie chart. The Asset information displayed on drill-down page are Asset ID, Tenant, Category, Customer, User acceptance, Time of last use, Is Allocated, Allocated Date, Allocated To, Is Deactivated, Deactivated by, Deactivated Date, Is in Transit, Is in Repair, Zone, region, and Location. | Software Variance | This pie chart displays License-wise Asset and its count that have observed variance in software properties.

unused Software (> 30 Days) Report | This bar chart displays the licenses and no. of days they are not being used i.e. installed, and available licenses. No. of day are categorized into 30-60 Days, 60-90 Days, and >90 Days and denoted with a different color to facilitate the analysis.
You can view the further details of the license in the drill-down page by clicking the respective number on the pie chart.
You can view the detail of Asset based on the license by clicking the displayed number on the sub-report page. The Asset information displayed on drill-down page are Asset ID, Tenant, Category, Customer, License, User acceptance, Time of last use, Is Allocated, Allocated To, Email ID, Allocated Date, Is Deactivated, Deactivated by, Deactivated Date, Deactivated Reason, Is in Transit, Is in Repaired, Zone, region, and Location. | ||||||||||||||
| Top 10 Underutilized Software by Cost | This bar chart displays the cost of the top 10 under-utilized licenses along with total procured licenses, installed licenses, and available licenses. Each license status is denoted with a different color to facilitate the analysis.

You can view the cost summary of the license status by clicking on the displayed license name.

| Overutilized license Report | This section displays the list of over utilized license along with its total count of licenses used, Overutilized License Count, Overutilized Percentage, and Price respectively.

| Expiry Alerts | This section displays the type of notifications that are used to inform the users about their asset, contract, and/or license expiry.
