Report Description

The Incident CSAT by Workgroup Report is a graphical report that displays the customer feedback received on the Incidents for specific Workgroups.

On the table, click the Feedback Incidents Count to view the list of feedback incidents for the selected Workgroup. Click the Percentage of Feedback to view the feedback percentage for the selected Workgroup. Click the Total Workgroup Incidents to view the total number of Incidents for the selected workgroup.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the INCIDENT CSAT BY WORKGROUP REPORT page.

Filters

Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records in the INCIDENT CSAT BY WORKGROUP REPORT page.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.
