What are Parent and Child Incidents?

In Incident Management, multiple Incidents may be reported, which are of same type (reported during an outage or a network failure). In such a case, Analysts or Administrators can set one of these Incidents as the Parent Incident and all other related Incidents as the Child Incidents. This helps in easy and convenient Incident management and also reduces the efforts required to update multiple Incidents of similar nature.
