Create View and Multi-select Option on Change Record List Filters
Now, the Analysts can create different Views using the FILTERS pop-up page to set different filter criteria for viewing the different set of Change Records. The Analysts can also make any view as default view to see the Change Records with the saved filter criteria by default.
Location Selection Option While Logging Incidents for End Users
Now, while logging an Incident for a user, the Analysts can select the Location of the users. This feature is especially useful when the user is a frequent traveler and the correct location of the user is not updated in the SummitAI application.
CC Recipients for Service Requests
Now, the users can specify the name of Cc recipients for Service Requests. These Cc recipients are notified when an SR is raised or updated for the selected Service Catalog.
Now, the users can copy the KB URL using icon aligned next to the URL name.
Improved Look and Feel of End User Pages
Now, the look and feel of the Service Request and Incident Management End User pages is improved.
Copying Attachments While Converting Incidents to Service Requests
Now, while converting an Incident to a Service Request, the attachments linked to the Incident are also copied to the converted Service Request.
Enhancement of CR Approval WorkflowNow, if any user selectable approval(s) is configured in the Workflow along with condition(s), the user selectable approval is displayed based on the conditions met while creating or updating the Change Record.
Enhanced Relationship Tab Filters
Additional filter criteria are added in the relationship filter for Incidents, Service Requests, Change Records, and Problem Records to allow users to perform a more extensive search.
Time Stamp for CI Maintenance Activities
Now, on the From Date and To Date calendar pop-up of the CMDB SCHEDULE MAINTENANCE page (CMDB > Configuration > Schedule Maintenance), the Administrators can also specify the From Time and To Time to schedule the maintenance of a CI.
Hiding Disabled Questions on INCIDENT FEEDBACK REPORT or FEEDBACK REPORT page
Now, the disabled questions are not displayed on the INCIDENT FEEDBACK REPORT or FEEDBACK REPORT page. The administrators can hide these disabled questions by adding the key in the webconfig file of the application.
The Administrators can now define the Password Policy for a Domain.
Enhancements to Scripting Functionality
Using the SCRIPTING icon available on the Quick Action Bar, the Administrators can now write their own codes to customize the fields present on all the pages of the SummitAI application. In addition to Java Script and CSS codes, the Administrators can now write their own HTML codes to customize the fields.
When users try to log into the SummitAI Web Application account using multiple devices, or two different browsers, or two different tabs (including incognito mode), a DUPLICATE LOGIN pop-up window with a message "Your last logged in session is still active. Click CONTINUE to log out of the previous session and to continue with this device.” is displayed.
Tenant-Specific Group and Form Templates
Previously, the Group Templates and Form Templates within a module were displayed in the FROM BUILDER page irrespective of the Tenant or Domain. Now, all old templates within a module and new templates created under a Tenant (Group and Form Templates) are displayed Tenant-specific on the FROM BUILDER page.
Role Template Based Access to Perform View or Edit Action on Assets
Now, the users can edit and/or view the Assets based on the Edit and/or View access configured on the ROLE TEMPLATE - MENU CONFIGURATION page for the selected Tenant and status. If two Role Templates are mapped to the user with the Edit and View access, respectively, the Edit access precedes View access.
Summary View for Consumable, Accessories, and Software
Now, the Summary details is available for the Consumable, Accessories, and Software Assets.
Added Additional Columns to Display the CAB Details
Now, new columns are added on the CONFIGURATION page to display the additional details related to Patch CAB.
New Allocation Type for Accessories in BULK ASSET ALLOCATION page
In the Allocation Type drop-down list, an additional value, Allocate to User, is added on the BULK ASSET ALLOCATION page for Accessories. The Analysts can now allocate Accessories in bulk to a user.
Creating Incidents for Rejected Assets
Now, the Administrators can configure the Application to raise an Incident when an Asset is rejected.
Additional Columns on ASSET GROUP Page
New columns, Not Applicable and Compliance %Age are added on the ASSET GROUP page (Asset > Configuration > Patch Management > Asset Group > Select the Tenant to display the list of Asset Groups).
Displaying User Band on the ALLOCATE FIXED ASSETS page
Now, the Band value of the selected user is displayed on the ALLOCATE FIXED ASSETS page. The Band of the selected user is displayed based on the configuration with an uneditable text box.
A new column is added to display the WAN IP address on the Network Utilization (%) and the Network Utilization Report pages.
Display/Hide Trend Column from Uptime Reports
Now, the user can hide or display the Trend column on the Uptime Reports page by adding keys in the webconfig files.
New Filter Options on the ALERTS AND LOG INCIDENT Page
Now, the users can filter the Alerts and logged Incidents using multi-selection filters, such as Parameters, Action Templates, and Incident Templates.
Filtering Reports with Multiple Customer, Vendors, and Locations
Previously, the user can filter the reports using only one Customer, Vendor, or Location on the FILTERS pop-up page. Now, the users can filter the reports using multiple Customers, Vendors, or Locations using multi-selectable check boxes.
Resolve/Close Open Events and Incidents of Deactivated Devices
Now, if the Administrators remove the hard disk drives of servers, deactivate a server, network device, printer, or URL, the open Events/Incidents related to these devices are moved to Closed/Resolved status. A new Event/Incident is raised, whenever, the Administrators restore the hard disk drives, reactivate the device, server, printer, or an URL, and if there is any violation.
Now, the SummitAI Mobile App idle timeout value is configured and read from the session configuration key in web.config file. The idle timeout value is defined in minutes in timeout property.
Now, like Web App, the Administrators can define the Password Policy for a Domain in the Mobile App.
