What's New?

Multiple new functionalities are added to the Remap Change Request Approvers feature as follows:

1. Now, on the CR APPROVER LIST page, the Administrators can view the Total CRs pending with a particular approver as shown below.
   
   

   Note:

   If you select multiple approvers in the Values field, then the Total Records count will not be displayed.

   Menu Access: Admin > Basic > User > CR Approver List

2. Click Total Records count hyperlink. The REMAP APPROVER - Approver Name page is opened in a new tab. Also, the Administrators can further filter the CRs based on the Tenant or Department as shown below.

   Note:

   On the REMAP APPROVER - Approver Name page the following columns are added.

   • Assigned Workgroup
   • Impact

   On the REMAP APPROVER - Approver Name page, a new filter field, Registration Date is added. Using this filter, the Administrators can filter the CRs based on CR created date and time,

   If the current approver and remapped approver are same, then the following message is displayed.

   

3. Earlier, post remap, on the REMAPPING OF APPROVER IS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY pop-up, CR NOs of the Change Records remapped to new approver were displayed.  Now, only records count is displayed as shown below. For more information, see Remap Change Request Approver.

4. If the user opens the CR with remapped approver, a message displayed as shown below.
