Multi-Factor Authentication Report

The Multi-Factor Authentication report displays the successful and failed OTP login attempts for a specific user.

A Multi-Factor Authentication report has a default list view that shows:

  • User ID
  • User Name
  • E-mail ID
  • OTP Status
  • Attempt Date Time
  • Client IP

    Note:

    Client IP information will be displayed based on the information available in the request header. If request header does not have Client IP details, then the Client IP column will not display any information.

    Select an item in the list view to get more detailed information.

To view the Multi-Factor Authentication Report:

  1. Select Reports > Admin > Multi-Factor Authentication Report. The MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION page is displayed.
  2. On the ACTIONS panel, click the Filters and select the required record. The MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION REPORT page is displayed with details of the selected record.

ACTIONS

This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION REPORT page.

Filters

Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria to display records based on the MULTI-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION REPORT page. You can view the report based on the OTP Status (Failed or Success) or User Name/Email ID.

Field

Description

OTP Status

Choose one of the following options from the drop-down list:

  • Failed - Include only failed login attempts
  • Success -Include only successful login attempts

User Name

Specify the user’s name.

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export and download the table data to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

EXPORT ALL

Click EXPORT ALL to export all the records to a Microsoft Excel Sheet.
