What's New?
Now, on the End User Dashboard search, the records are searched and displayed based on the maximum number of occurrences of the keywords entered. The record with the highest number of occurrences gets displayed at the top of the list in the respective tabs (All, Knowledge Base, Incident, and Request).
If two or more records have the same count of keywords, the records are displayed in an alphabetical order. For more information, see End User Dashboard
