The Active Directory Scan Report displays a tabular report about the scanning details of the Active Directory as per the specified filter criteria. You can view the scan details by clicking the hyperlink in the Counts column. 

Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

Steps to access Active Directory Scan Report 

To view the Active Directory Scan Report, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > Active Directory Scan Report.

  2. Click Filters on the ACTIONS panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report.
    The FILTERS pop-up appears.

  3. Enter or select the values as describe in the following table.

    FieldDescription
    DepartmentTenant is similar to department in an organization, example : Operations, IT. Select the Tenant name from the list. This is a mandatory field. For more information, see Configuring Tenants.
    DomainSelect the domain from the list. This is a mandatory field.
    Scan From DateSelect the From date from the Calendar function.
    Scan To DateSelect the To date from the Calendar function.
    Search BySelect the search by from the list. 
    Search ValueSelect the type of the value from the list.
  4. Click SUBMIT.
    The Active Directory Scan Report is displayed.

Click the Refresh Report to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report .


ACTIONS

You can perform the following actions from the  ACTIONS  panel of the Active Directory Scan Report page. 

IconAction

Prints the displayed report records.

Exports the displayed records on the page to a Microsoft Excel sheet.

Execute force scan of the report.
