The Dashboard By Customer report provides the Asset Summary details grouped by the Business Units or by the Customers. 

 Additional Information

This report becomes extremely helpful if a Tenant or Department has multiple business units and customers configured for a specific location. With this report, Admin/Analyst can get a comprehensive view of the asset deployment based on customer or business unit for a selected location. 

Analyst gets a quick picture about the status of assets for a specific unit or customer and can act accordingly.

Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles.

Steps to access Dashboard By Customer Report:

  1. Navigate to Reports > Asset Management > Dashboard by Customer Report.
  2. Click Filters on the Action panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report. The FILTERS pop-up appears.

  3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the following table. 

    FieldDescription
    TenantSelect the Tenant from the list available. This is a mandatory field. For more details, view Tenant.
    Location

    Select the Location. Click to search for a specific location. For more details, view Location.

  4. Click SUBMIT.

    The Dashboard by Customer report is displayed. You get a tabular view of the report.
