This gives more power to the users where they do not need to depend on the Administrators or require IT Support team's time and effort to sort out the simple password change, and account unlock related queries. Hence, this empowers the users and reduces the work load of the IT Support team freeing up their time to work on more complex issues.
The SummitAI Password Management is available on web and on mobile to the users.

- Mobile Application: You can access the SummitAI Password Management using your mobile devices by installing the SummitAI Mobile App, in which the SummitAI Password Management module is integrated. These options are available only if your organization has subscribed to SummitAI Password Management.
