You can view the contact information of a Compliance Agent such as User ID, User Name, Serial No, IP Address, Last Updated On, Customer, Location, Status, and Version on the AGENT CONTACT INFORMATION page.

To view Agent Contact Information:

  1. Select  Admin > Advanced > Compliance > Agent Contact Information.
  2. On the AGENT CONTACT INFORMATION page, you can view the Compliance Agent contact information. For more information about the fields on the AGENT CONTACT INFORMATION page, see Field Description.

Field Description

The following table describes the fields on the AGENT CONTACT INFORMATION page:

LIST

Sl No

Displays the serial number.

User ID

Displays the user identification number.

User Name

Displays the user name.

Serial No

Displays the serial number of the machine.

System Name

Displays the system name of the machine.

IP Address

Displays the Internet Protocol address of the machine.

Last Updated On

Displays the date on which the compliance agent is updated.

Customer

Displays the customer name.

Location

Displays the location of the agent.

Status

Displays if the compliance agent has contacted the server.
Displays if the compliance agent has contacted or not contacted the server.

Version

Displays the version number of the compliance agent.


ACTIONS

EXPORT TO EXCEL

Click the EXPORT TO EXCEL icon to export the Agent contact information to Microsoft Excel.

FILTERS

Click the FILTERS icon to specify a particular filter criteria to display the list of Agent Compliance information. On the FILTERS pop up page, select the Status, Customer, Location, Period, Version, and User Name. Click SUBMIT.
