Report Description
The Component Failure Downtime provide a tabular report displaying the Configuration Items (CIs) that can cause outage. You can view the downtime of the selected Parent CI. You can view the downtime of the selected Parent CI. For information about how to view reports, see Viewing Reports 3.

ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the COMPONENT FAILURE DOWNTIME REPORT page:
Filters
Click Filters to select the Tenant and the user whose Asset details you want to view in the report.

EXPORT TO EXCEL
Click EXPORT TO EXCEL to export the record displayed in the report to Microsoft Excel.
