You can view the list of users registered in the SummitAI application. To register a User in SummitAI application, see Adding Users.
To view User List:
Select Admin> Basic > Users > User List. The USER LIST page is displayed.
On the ACTIONS panel, click Filters and specify the Domain and other filter criteria. You can also search for a user based on their User Name, Employee ID, E-mail ID and NT Login ID. For more information about fields on FILTERS pop-up page, see: 69292429.
The list of users configured for the selected domain is displayed. For more information about fields on the USER LIST page, see Field Description.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the USER LIST page:

LIST
User ID
Displays a unique identification number of the user.
Emp ID
Displays the employee identification number of the user.
User Name
Displays the registered User name.
Customer
Displays the customer name to which the user is mapped.
Location
Displays the location name to which the user is mapped.
Active
Displays the status set for the user.
If Active, the user can access the application and the user details are displayed on the other pages of the application.
If Inactive, the user cannot access the application and the user details are not displayed on the other pages of the application.
Include Inactive
Select the check box to view the list of inactive users.
Pagination
Displays the page numbers with the current page number highlighted.
ACTIONS
This section explains all the icons displayed on the ACTIONS panel of the USER LIST page.
Filters
Click the Filters icon to specify a particular filter criteria to display the Users. On clicking the Filters icon, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. You can select the Domain, Customer, Location, and Search User to search for users. Click SUBMIT.

ADD NEW
Click ADD NEW to configure a new User. For information about adding Users, see Adding Users.
