Overview 

Digital Agent is engineered with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) to revolutionize the way users who have access as approvers to approve Service Request tickets. With unparalleled efficiency, Digital Agent empowers you to effortlessly approve Service Requests directly through the conversation with Digital Agent.

Use Case

When users are in conversation with Digital Agent, they can approve the Service Requests, if they have the access as approvers. 

Following are some of the utterances that users can provide to the Digital Agent to view the list of SRs and approve them: 

  • Show me list of SRs waiting for my approval
  • SRs to be approved
  • Requests waiting for my approvals
  • My approvals 

NLU is able to identify the approver flow intent from the user utterances and trigger the relevant flow in Digital Agent to display all the SRs that need approval from the user.
