You can view the list of Draft Knowledge Records (KRs) open for review.
Note:
The KR Reviewer receives an e-mail notification when a Draft KR is submitted for review.
Who can Review Draft Knowledge Records?
Authors and Analysts who belong to the Author's Workgroup can be selected as a Reviewer for the Draft Knowledge Record. The Reviewer performs the following actions while reviewing:
Review the KR and provide comments.
Select the appropriate review status, such asYet to Start,In Progress,or Completed while doing the review.
Submit the comments by saving the KR as Draft.

Following is the Review cycle process flow for Draft KRs:

To review Draft Knowledge Records:
Select Knowledge > User > Knowledge Record List.
On the KNOWLEDGE RECORD LIST page, click Draft Open For Review to view the KRs list open for review. Alternatively, click Filters > Select Status as Draft Open for Review > Click SUBMIT.

Click the KB ID of the knowledge record that you want to review.
On theACTIONSpanel, clickREVIEW.
On the REVIEW pop-up page, specify the required information and SAVE DRAFT. For more information about the fields on the REVIEW pop-up page, see Field Description. Figure: KNOWLEDGE RECORD DETAILS page

Yet To Start: The Review Status value is Yet To Start when you open the Review pop-up page to update review comments.
In- Progress: Select the Review Status value as In-Progress to update the review comments.
Completed: Select the Review Status value as Completed to close the review process from the Reviewer's end.
