The Asset Integration Status Report displays the status report of the Asset integration tasks. You can view the error reports if the data synchronization activities fail. You can also view the Tenant, Task ID, Integration Type, Status, Start Time, End Time, and Duration of the tasks as well as the step-wise status report for each task.  Admin or Analyst can access the report based on access privileges assigned through roles. 

 Additional Information

Assets in an organization require regular scanning to gather information regarding hardware and software devices. This is crucial for compliance and audit process. SCCM and Lansweeper Integration types are used for this purpose. With the help of Asset Integration type report Analysts or Admins can extract details on source of asset data, whether its SCCM, Lansweeper or both. For the devices that are a part of organization this report helps in taking informed decisions on managing security and deployment of applications.

Steps to access Asset Integration Status Report

1.Navigate to Reports > Asset Management Asset Integration Status Report.

2.Click Filters on the Action panel to specify the filter criteria for generating the report. The criteria FILTERS pop-up appears.

3. Enter or select the values for Filter fields as described in the following table.  

FieldDescription

Tenant

Tenant is similar to department in an organization, example : Operations, IT. Select the Tenant name from the list. This is a mandatory field. For more information, see Configuring Tenants

Integration Type

Select the Asset integration type from the drop-down list. There are two types of Integration Type available which are SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) and Lansweeper.

Type

Based on the selection of the Asset integration type, the drop-down values appear in the Type field.

  • If SCCM Integration or All is selected from the Integration Type drop-down list, the drop-down values, such as ALL, Hardware, Software, exe List, and Device Manager appear in the Type field.
  • If Lansweeper is selected from the Integration Type drop-down list, the drop-down values, such as ALL, Hardware, and Software appear in the Type field.

Date Range

Select the Data Range from the drop-down list. If you select Custom, the From Date and the To Date fields are displayed below the Date Range field. Select the date range in the respective fields.

Status

Select the status of the data synchronization from the drop-down list.

4.Click SUBMIT.

The Asset Integration Status Report is displayed.

To generate and view step-wise Asset Integration Status report for each task, click the related hyperlink in the Task ID column. The step-wise Asset Integration Status report is displayed as following.

Few of the fields that are present in the report are explained in the following table.

FieldDescription
Task IDUnique numbered hyperlink. if clicked displays step-wise Asset Integration status report.
Integration typeThe type of Integration adopted. Example: SCCM or Lansweeper.
StatusDisplays the status of integration. Example: Pass or Fail
Start timeDisplays date and time at which the Integration was started.
End timeDisplays date and time at which the Integration was ended.
DurationDisplays the total time for Integration completion.

Click the Refresh Report to fetch latest details for the report. Any changes performed after the Reports page was loaded, will reflect if you click on Refresh Report 

ACTIONS

You can perform the following actions from the ACTIONS  panel of the Asset Integration Status Report page.

Prints the displayed report records. 

 

Exports the displayed records on the page to a Microsoft Excel sheet. 

 

Exports the complete list of report records to a Microsoft Excel sheet
