Overview
The OFFBOARDING USER NOTIFICATION POLICY feature enables addressing the pending and progressive dependent items (Incident, Service Request, Change Request, and Problem Record List) associated with the offboarding analyst. The list of offboarding analysts associated with or without dependents are tracked during AD import or through user interface based on the created policy. A new tracking incident is created, and e-mail notification is triggered to respective stakeholders about the dependents of offboarding user accounts.
All the dependents are assigned to different analyst, or it is resolved if there are no dependencies associated with it. Once all the dependents are cleared the licenses are freed up associated with the offboarding user account.
