These Users have access to perform the following actions related to the Service Catalog Management module:
- Create Service Catalogs, see Creating Service Catalogs 1
- View or update Service Catalogs, see Viewing and Updating Service Catalogs
- Approve and publish Service Catalogs, see Approving and Publishing Service Catalog
- Configure Service Catalogs Package, see Configuring Service Catalog Packages
Most often, these users as same as the Administrators. In certain cases, few users may be given the required access. For example: HR Head or any head of the department.
