On the APPLICATION SERVER THRESHOLD page, you can configure the Threshold values for monitoring parameters of the selected Server. You can configure Server Threshold value for the Active Directory, Oracle, Exchange and SQL Servers parameters.
To configure Application Server Threshold:
- Select Operations > Configuration > General > Application Server Threshold.
- On the APPLICATION SERVER THRESHOLD page, click ADD NEW.
- Click the Filters link and on the FILTERS pop-up, select the filter options and click SUBMIT. Click the Filters icon to specify a particular filter criteria to display the monitoring parameters. On clicking the Filters icon, the FILTERS pop-up page is displayed. Select the Tenant and other required details. Click SEARCH.

The following table describes the fields on the FILTERS pop-up:Fields
Description
Tenant
Lists the Tenants to which the logged in user has access. Select a Tenant from the list.
Server Type
Lists the Server Types. Select a Server Type from the list.
If Server Type is selected as Exchange, the following fields are displayed:- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Role Type: Lists the Role Types. Select the Role Type from the list.
- Client Access Server
- Edge Transport Server
- Hub Transport Server
- Mailbox Server
If Server Type is selected as Oracle, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Service Name: Lists the Service Name. Select a Service Name from the list.
- Type: Lists the type for the selected Server. Select a type from the list.
If Server Type is selected as SQL Server, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- SQL Instance: Lists the configured SQL Instances. Select a SQL Instance from the list.
- Type: Lists the type for the selected Server. Select a type from the list.
If Server Type is selected as Active Directory, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Type:Lists the type for the selected Server. Select a type from the list.
- Parameter Type: Lists the parameter types for the selected Server. Select a type from the list.
If Server Type is selected as Server Performance, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Threshold: Lists the thresholds for the selected Server. Select a threshold from the list.
If Server Type is selected as ASP.NET, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Parameter Type: Lists the parameter types for the selected Server. Select a type from the list.
- Threshold: Lists the thresholds for the selected Server. Select a threshold from the list.
If Server Type is selected as IIS, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Threshold: Lists the thresholds for the selected Server. Select a threshold from the list.
If Server Type is selected as Azure, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Threshold: Lists the thresholds for the selected Server. Select a threshold from the list.
If Server Type is selected as Amazon Web Services, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Group Type:Lists the type for the selected Server. Select a type from the list.
- Threshold: Lists the thresholds for the selected Server. Select a threshold from the list.
If Server Type is selected as Storage, the following fields are displayed:
- Domain Name: Lists the configured domain names. Select a Domain Name from the list.
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Threshold: Lists the thresholds for the selected Server. Select a threshold from the list.
If Server Type is selected as Apache Tomcat, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Threshold: Lists the thresholds for the selected Server. Select a threshold from the list.
If Server Type is selected as Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Group Type:Lists the type for the selected Server. Select a type from the list.
- Threshold: Lists the thresholds for the selected Server. Select a threshold from the list.
If Server Type is selected as MySQL, the following fields are displayed:
- Server: Lists the configured Servers. Select a Server from the list.
- Threshold: Lists the thresholds for the selected Server. Select a threshold from the list.
On the APPLICATION SERVER THRESHOLD page, specify the required Threshold values. For more information about the fields on the APPLICATION SERVER THRESHOLD page, see Field Description. Click SUBMIT.

Displays the Serial Number.
Host Name
Displays the Host Name.
Grouping Type
Displays the Grouping Type.
Monitored Parameter
Displays the name of the Monitoring Parameter.
Current Value
Displays the current value.
Threshold Status
Select the Threshold status for the Threshold value.
Threshold Values
Lists the Threshold values for the Monitoring Parameter. Select the Threshold value from the list.
Action Template
Lists the configured Action Templates. Select the Action Template from the list. For information about Action Templates, see Configuring Action Templates.
Incident Template
Lists the configured Incident Templates. Select the Incident Template from the list. For information about Incident Templates, see Configuring Incident Templates.
Active
If selected, the configuration becomes active.
