On the FILTERS pop-up page of the SERVICE REQUEST LIST page, you can create Views to display list of Service Requests.

To create or update views:

  1. Select Request > User > Manage Service Requests > View Service Request List.
  2. Click Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel of the page.
  3. On the FILTERS pop-up page under the BASIC tab, click the Create View icon.
  4. Type in the name of the View in the Enter View Name text box. Select the other filter options you want to apply in the view from the BASIC tab and the ADVANCED tab (see: Filters under Actions).
  5. Click SAVE. A new View is created.
