Active Directory User Import (Platform)

Perform the provided the steps to identify duplicate users and if there are duplicate users, it can be deactivated from system by performing the Pre-requisite and the Cleanup script during an Upgrade scenario. After performing these steps, the upgraded SummitAI application will not have duplicate users.
