Now, the Analysts can view the following details of Incident, Service Request, Work Order, Change Record, and Problem Record modules in a New Tab (in the same browser) by clicking the respective tiles on the ANALYST DASHBOARD page. For more information, see Analyst Dashboard
- My Workgroup: Click the My Workgroup tile to view the list of Incidents assigned to your Workgroup in a New Tab.
- ASSIGNED TO ME: Click the ASSIGNED TO ME tile to view the list of Incidents assigned to you in a New Tab.
- EVAL TASKS: Click the EVAL TASKS tile to view the list of your pending tasks in a New Tab.
