Exporting Service Request Details in PDF

You can export section-wise Service Request details in PDF.
To export Incident Details in PDF:
- Select Request > User > Manage Service Requests >Service Request List. The SERVICE REQUEST LIST page is displayed.
- On the SERVICE REQUEST LIST page, click an SR ID. The SERVICE REQUEST DETAILS page is displayed.
- Click EXPORT TO PDF icon on the ACTIONS panel. The EXPORT TO PDF pop-up page is displayed.

Click Export.

The exported PDF will display the Asset Details in the grid format. (Refer the following sample screenshot)
