Report Description

The Critical CIs report displays the list of CIs and its details, that has related CIs under CI Relations tab (see: Adding Configuration Items) or can also view the total Related CI details, Change Record Downtime related to the CI, and the number of Unauthorized Changes in the CI. For more information about viewing reports, see Viewing Reports_CMDB.

Click the link in the Relations column of a particular CI to view the details of the related CIs.

Notes:

  • Click to view the downtime and Unauthorized Changes associated with the CI. The time displayed in the Downtime field is the sum of the difference between the Downtime Start and Downtime End of all the CRs related to the CI.
  • On clicking the link corresponding to the Unauthorized Changes field, you are redirected to CIs Unauthorized Changes report.
  • You can customize the fields using the various options in the tool bar. For more information, see CMDB Dashboard CMDB.
