Report Description
Under the CMDB Dashboard page, you can view the graphical representation and tabular data of Configuration Items (CIs), for various parameters such as Criticality, Classification, Services, and so on. The reports displayed in the CMDB dashboard are discussed below:
- CIs by Criticality: The report displays the CIs sorted by Criticality.
- CIs by Classification: The report displays the CIs sorted by Classification.
- CIs by Services: The report displays the CIs sorted by Services.
- Top 10 CIs by number of Changes: The report displays the top 10 CIs by maximum number of Change Records.
- Top 10 CIs by number of Incidents: The report displays the top 10 CIs by maximum number of Incidents.
- Top 10 CIs by number of Problems: The report displays the top 10 CIs by maximum number of Problem Records.
