Confluence Cloud Migration Alert

Dear All,

We'd like to inform you that, migration from Confluence Server (https://docs.symphonysummitai.com) to Confluence Cloud (new documentation link: https://eitdocs.atlassian.net/) is completed successfully. Starting from 27th April, 2024 onwards, pls refer the new documentation link https://eitdocs.atlassian.net to refer the documentation. All the content previously available in https://docs.symphonysummitai.com is migrated to https://eitdocs.atlassian.net/.

The migration to Confluence Cloud was performed because the Confluence Server subscription was declared as End-of-Life (EOL). However, there are few known issues you may encounter in Confluence Cloud. Our team is actively working on these to ensure a smoother experience.

Below are few known issues, that you might notice post-migrating to Confluence Cloud:

  • Side Page Tree Display: The left page tree may appear expanded by default. Collapsing the left navigation tree, will display the main content area properly.

  • Duplicate Page Titles: If there are duplicate page titles within the same space, an additional numeric suffix will be added in page title. This is because the marketplace app providing unique titles, is no longer supported on Confluence Cloud.

  • Top Menu Display: The top menu might be visible.

  • Comments and Breadcrumbs: Comments and breadcrumbs might be visible even if they were previously hidden.

  • Author Names and In-line Comments: Author names and in-line comments might be displayed in the content.

  • Space Settings: You may have access to view space settings.
