You can integrate the other ITSM product to Orchestrate tasks using the SummitAI Orchestration.
Why the Integration of SummitAI Orchestration is required?
Consider the user is using an other ITSM product and wants to orchestrate tasks using SummitAI Orchestration. In this case, the user can integrate the ITSM product with the SummitAI Orchestration.
How to Integrate?
Using an API Base URL, you can integrate your ITSM product with the SummitAI Orchestration module.
To Integrate the ITSM product
- Select Orchestration > ITSM Integration Settings. The ITSM INTEGRATION SETTINGS page is displayed.
