Allow Analysts to View Other Workgroup Incidents/SRs

The Analysts can now view all the other Workgroup Incidents/SRs using Global Search. 

E-mail ID Validation Changes for Send E-mail Option in Incidents and Service Requests (#23196, Incident and Service Request Management)

The e-mail id validations are changed for the Send E-mail Option available to the Analysts in Incidents and Service Requests. The character length validation of domain names in the email ids is removed

Auto-Resolution of Incidents/Service Requests for Specific Pending Reasons (#22276, Incident and Service Request Management)

The Incidents and Service Requests in Pending status are now auto-resolved based on the configurations made by the Administrators. This reduces Analyst's intervention and automates Incident/SR resolution.
