This section answers frequently asked questions (FAQ) related to Symphony SummitÁI Products and Features. This page will be a one-stop solution to answer Product related questions. The FAQs are categorized as below and will be regularly updated:


EOL Product FAQs 

Beginning of August 1, 2022, SummitAI will discontinue selling Product modules such as: Procurement Management, Operations Management, Patch Management and Project Management. The following section provides answers to common questions that may occur for customers.

What does EOL for the above products mean to me as a customer? If you are not using this module/feature, it is just a regular product cycle of announcements about an end-of-product feature/module from the overall SummitAI Product offerings.
What would be the impact, if I am consuming any of this product module or feature?All the existing customers with active contracts/subscriptions will continue to get support (bug fixes). You can connect with our Sales or Account managers to discuss your current & future plans which may impact due to this announcement, our teams will be happy to discuss and assist you further.
Will I get new features developed on these product(s) or module(s) in future?

No.

Beginning of August 1, 2022, there won't be any new developments on these module(s) or products(s). However, we are happy to have a conversation to understand the impact & your plans to further support you in the best possible way. The best-recommended action to do at this moment for you is to reach out to our sales or account managers team for a detailed discussion.
