Enhanced Network and Drawing Board Views

Previously, SummitAI Product Suite leverages Adobe Flash Player to provide interactive user interfaces. Adobe announced that it intends to move its Flash technology to end-of-life status and it will cease to update and distribute the Flash Player at the end of 2020.

Now, SummitAI leverages the vis.js to provide the continuous interactive user interface. The following pages of the IT Operations Management are improved using the vis.js:

View Other Users’ Incidents in Global Search 

Now, the End User can search other users' Incidents in the global search.

Configuration

On the USER ID -XXXXX page (Admin > Basic > Users > User List > Click on the required User ID >Click on the ACCESS tab), select the Enable View Other Users’ Incidents Check Box. If selected, the End User can view the Incidents logged by other users in the global search.

Delegator User SR Summary count

Now, the user (Delegate) can view the count of SRs Pending for Approval, Approved, Rejected, Forwarded, On Hold, and Referred Back of another user (Delegator). Also, the user (Delegate) can Approve or Reject or Refer Back or On Hold or Forward the SRs of the user (Delegator).

Asset Management

Enhanced CMDB Export functionality

Now, an Analyst can select multiple Assets and export those assets to CMDB using CMDB Export functionality. This option saves the analyst time and subsequently, the values of the mapped fields in the Asset Inventory and CMDB are synchronized in bulk.

Enhanced Approve SR Status Summary Counts Mobile Application API 1

Now, the UserID parameter is included in the Approve SR Status Summary Counts API. Using this parameter, you can add specific UserID of an user. Based on user id the Approve SR Status Summary counts displayed in response.
