Feature released in SummitAI Mobile App (Denali HF07)

What's New?

Now, the user (Delegate) can view the count of SRs Pending for Approval, Approved, Rejected, Forwarded, On Hold, and Referred Back of another user (Delegator). Also, the user (Delegate) can Approve or Reject or Refer Back or On Hold or Forward the SRs of the user (Delegator).

To view the Service Requests as a delegator in the New Mobile App:

1. On the Requests screen, tap the Filter icon . The Filter screen is displayed.

2. Tap Approver.
3. Select the delegator.
4. Tap the Apply Filters to display the Pending Service Requests of the delegator along with the count as shown below. For more information about how to Approve, Reject, Refer Back, Put SR on Hold, or Forward SR to another Approver using SummitAI mobile Application, see SummitAI Mobile Application User Guide.

To view the Service Requests as a delegator in the Old Mobile App:

1. On the Home screen, tap the Approve Service Requests The Approve SRs screen is displayed.

2. Click  icon. The Approver and Status field are displayed.
3. Select the delegator from Approver field.

4. The Approve SRs screen displays the Pending Service Requests of the delegator along with the count as shown below.
