Service Management

Change Records for Retrospective Changes

Now, the Analysts can add a new change record for the retrospective changes when the Administrator configures the Retrospective Change Types at the TENANT level. This helps the customers to keep track of all the planned and retrospective changes using the SummitAI Application.



Improvements

Improved Knowledge Management Module with TinyMCE Integration

TinyMCE is an online Rich Text Editor. It is now integrated into the SummitAI Knowledge Management module. Content and images can be now copied from Microsoft Word document and pasted in a SummitAI Knowledge Base article.

Log or Update Incident API Enhancements (Service Management)

Now, the following functionalities are implemented for the Log or Update Incident API based on the Tenant level configuration:

  1. Whenever a New Incident is logged, it must be in the In-Progress status at least once before it is moved to the Resolved status.
  2. Pending Incident must be in the In-Progress status at least once before it is moved to the Resolved status.
  3. You can upload the CIs with Incidents.
