What is Audit Flow?
In Audit Flow, an Analyst can view the workflow of an Incident or Service Request in a flowchart format. An Analyst can view details, such as the time when the Incident was logged, the name of the user who logged the Incident, assigned Workgroup to resolve the Incident, name of the Analysts working on the Incident, and so on.
