Now, while applying for leaves, the Analysts can also specify the time along with the date. The Reporting Managers can also apply leaves on behalf of the Analysts. This helps in assigning Incidents and Service Requests where the Analysts on leave are not considered. This also improves CINDE's Analysts recommendations while assigning Analysts to Incidents and Service Requests.
Analysts
The Analysts can apply for leaves specifying the time (From time and To time). This is useful as Analysts work in different shifts and, sometimes, in different time zones.

An Analyst cannot apply for leaves on behalf of another Analyst (who is on leave). Only the Reporting Managers can apply for leave on behalf of the Analysts. |
Managers with Analyst Access
The Analyst's Reporting Manager can apply for leaves on behalf of the Analyst who is on leave.

For the Manager to apply for a leave on behalf of an Analyst, the Analyst should be reporting to the logged-in Manager. A Reporting Manager with Analyst access can also apply leave for self. |
