What is Workflow?
Workflow is a combination of one or more tasks executed in a specific order on Configuration Item (CI) to achieve a particular service to customer/team/individual.

Once the user selects Orchestration Workflows in menu, the UI displays workflows by Category, based on users Tenant access.

The top section of the page displays different filter options as tile view along with a custom filter section

Filter Options
Filter records by the following options:
- Module

- Work order source

- Filter by category & custom filter:
Click on the filter button to access category filter. All the categories created by the user will listed under the categories. These filters can be used in tandem with other filters.
Custom filters: The workflow category filter allows user to save the filter selection as a custom filter that can be loaded for repeated use.

Once filtered, the results can be shown in tile or list view under the Category section of the page.
You can toggle between the Tile View and the List View in the top right corner of the Category section

Here, Generic is the category with 9 workflows, executed 111 times being successful 40 times and failing 71 times.
Click on the desired category to access the workflow list page.
