After a Knowledge Record is created, the Workgroup Owner should authorize the Knowledge Record. The Authorizer can also edit the KR if required.
To authorize a Knowledge Record:
- Click Knowledge > User > Knowledge Record List. The KNOWLEDGE RECORD LIST page is displayed.
- On the KNOWLEDGE RECORD LIST page, click the Filters icon on the ACTIONS panel.
- On the FILTERS pop-up page, select Status as Submitted and click SUBMIT.

- Select Authorized in the Approval Status drop-down list, specify the Approval Remarks and click SUBMIT to authorize the Knowledge Record.
