Internet Protocol Service Level Agreement (IPSLA) allows to measure the performance of the network and quickly identify the loss of data. Under the IPSLA tab, the response time, jitters, latency, packet loss and voice score are represented as a graph. Protocols, such as UDP, ICMP, PATH JITTERS are configured to gather information about the Network Devices. You can view the minimum, maximum and average values for round time trip(RTT), and latency. You can view the minimum positive, maximum positive , minimum negative, maximum negative, average positive, and average positive values for path jitter. You can configure Threshold levels for parameters of UDP, Path Jitter, and ICMP. We can configure to monitor these parameters and take action if the parameter exceeds the Threshold values.
