Viewing User Incident History
How to view Incident user search history?
You can view the list of Incidents logged by the End User based on the Category.
To view the End User Incident history:
On the INCIDENT DETAIL page (Dashboard > ANALYST DASHBOARD > INCIDENTS > MY WORKGROUP), click the USER INCIDENT HISTORY icon. The USER INCIDENT HISTORY pop-up page is displayed. For more information about the fields on the USER INCIDENT HISTORY pop-up page, see Field Description.

Field Description
The following table describes the fields on the USER INCIDENT HISTORY pop-up page:
Field | Description |
---|---|
Category | Displays the Category of the Incidents with the count of Incidents logged under the Category. |
Select | Click to view the Incident details. |
Incident ID | Displays the Incident ID. |
Request Date | Displays the request date and time for the Incident. |
Description | Displays the description of the Incident. |
Priority | Displays the Priority of the Incident. |
Status | Displays the status of the Incident. |
