What's New?
The UX of the SERVICE REQUEST DETAIL page (Request > User > Manage Service Requests > Service Request List > Click any SR ID ) is improved manifolds. Following improvements are made:
- Beautifully designed statuses with a tick mark indicating the selected Status of the Service Request
- Leaner Actions Panel providing more space to display data
- Neater tab structure
- Overall improvement in the look and feel of the pages
