What's New?

The UX of the SERVICE REQUEST DETAIL page (Request > User > Manage Service Requests > Service Request List > Click any SR ID ) is improved manifolds. Following improvements are made:

• Beautifully designed statuses with a tick mark indicating the selected Status of the Service Request
• Leaner Actions Panel providing more space to display data
• Neater tab structure
• Overall improvement in the look and feel of the pages
